Vehicle Intelligent Weighing Management System
Features and Capabilities
- Centralized Management Software: The system utilizes Client/Server (C/S) management software for networked operation, ensuring good scalability for adding more weighbridges and providing real-time data inquiry and management.
- User Permission Control: A multi-level user authority design allows a system administrator to assign different access levels and specific operational permissions to other users, thus guaranteeing data security and accountability.
- Tare Alarm Function: The system is equipped with a tare weight alarm. If a vehicle’s tare weight exceeds a pre-set range during the weighing process, the system immediately alerts the operator, which helps to prevent fraud.
- Intelligent Management with RFID: The system uses RFID cards (electronic tags) for intelligent management. Cards are issued to vehicles, and the system automatically reads the card to retrieve and input key information (such as vehicle number, cargo name, etc.), which streamlines the weighing process.
- Traffic Control Integration: An I/O controller manages peripheral equipment like photoelectric inter-shooting switches, barrier gates, and traffic lights to control traffic flow, ensuring an orderly and safe weighing process.
- Video Surveillance: The system can be integrated with video surveillance cameras at the entrance and exit of the weighbridge to monitor vehicles, capture license plates, and store video footage for later review.
- Infrared Vehicle Detection: Multi-beam infrared photoelectric switches are installed to detect if a vehicle is improperly positioned on the weighbridge. The system will suspend weighing and trigger an alarm if the vehicle’s tires exceed the boundary.
- Automated Barriers: Automatic barrier gates at the entrance and exit regulate vehicle flow and enforce orderly weighing procedures.
- Integrated Voice System: A voice system, comprising a microphone and outdoor waterproof speakers, automatically broadcasts instructions and allows staff in the weighing room to communicate with drivers on-site.
- Automatic Bill Printing: Once weighing is complete, the system automatically prints a bill, which is then ready for collection by the driver.
